Just a casual reminder that in 1869 it was decided to have 9 Supreme Court justices because there were 9 Circuit Courts.
Now there are 13 Circuit Courts. So what exactly are we waiting for?
EarthOne@Strandjunker We're waiting for a Dem. Senate super majority and a Dem. majority House, with a Dem. president. Otherwise raising SCOTUS to 13 Justices will never pass. Just like ERA/reproductive rights, voting rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and anything but White Supremacy and corporate rule.
GOP hate Blacks and control women and children to rape at will. Like their jealous god promised.
Oh well. We've regressed 70 yrs. but at least Hillary's emails got exposed. That's what's important. 🙄
