I love making checklists in Markdown and checking off stuff I actually did.

I’ve followed a similar txt-Trello-Notion trajectory, except now I’m keeping everything on my calendar. It’s great that every task is assigned a time and day but there’s nowhere to hold the stuff I keep endlessly bumping. Your example tempts me to return to a txt master plan.

@grumpygamer I've also been loving my plain-text notes lately. I use [X] and [ ] for finished/unfinished todo checkboxes so I can grep for "[ ]" to see unfinished items in multiple files.

@tuckerm @grumpygamer this, more than any other thing I could tell them, will make my children flip out. I am flipping out! We are all absolute Monkey Island super fans and I had my kids play through it when they were little as a family collab activity. Some of our best memories.
