Apollo has an opt-out sub refund screen out. Since I unfortunately know, first hand, all about this process I'll say this is all incredibly stressful. If you ever had a sub for Apollo, even if you uninstalled it and deleted Reddit, go check it out and at least consider it.

It's probably only a few $s for you but those $s get multiplied by 10s of thousands of subs and end up being real money straight out of Christian's pockets.

@paul “I’d like my money back.” is a defensible position, whether or not we agree.

But why so much anger? if you’re going to rage this much rage at Reddit for causing this shitstorm.

@Brandon @paul @paul i can't think of a business on earth that sits on a year's worth of revenue just in case they have to shut down and refund every one of their customers. It's not that asking for the money is indefensible. it's that acting like this shouldn't have any impact on the single person behind the business is unreasonable.
