They foster kittens until they can be adopted. Recently took in 2 new ones "footloose" and "fancy free".
Footloose has a problem with one leg. After 10 weeks Fancy Free grew enough and was adopted. Footloose has not gained much in size. It turns out she has a disorder that will not allow her to grow and will most likely limit her life span to a maximum of 8 months. So they are keeping her with them.
I will be following to keep up with her 😢.
