For those asking whether Ad5-nCov is live or attenuated:

It's a recombinant, with a weakened adenovirus carrier mutated to exhibit the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. The spike protein is what triggers the antibody reaction, but the virus itself isn't there. Wild adenoviruses cause flu, this one isn't strong enough for it and is used in many vaccines for the same carrier function.
