I’ve been using Workday in my new job and my goodness what a structural mess … feels a lot like yet another instance of ignoring information architecture and just bolting on features tethered together with mystery-navigation. My workflow as a manager is … not intuitive.
@Andrewhinton listened in on a conversation about workday the other day and a bunch of us concluded workday is actually corporate finance software that does integration better than anyone else in the market. Actual HR stuff appears to be an afterthought.

@Kirabug @Andrewhinton I often cite it as an example of a product for which the customer is not the user. So there’s less incentive/urgency to fix the user experience.
