@dangillmor You would hope that “walk the walk” means creating pedestrian-friendly infrastructure that encourages walking.

Of course, this is just the American/capitalist understanding of the world which pretends that you can just avoid any responsbility for anyone/anything else and that is somehow more important than making the world a better place to live.

@dangillmor I think if I went to the doctor with a bacterial infection and he told me to use his character and self-discipline as an example to cure it I’d get a new doctor.

And honestly, I have a hard time believing this guy isn’t on pills.

@dangillmor If you're sick, just improve your character and self-discipline. Cure yourself through deciding not to be sick anymore. What even is illness anyway? Do germs actually exist? I've never seen one.
