@juddlegum That is arbitrary and capricious. The FCA has no standing or authority to make rulings of this sort. Florida may be the place where "woke" goes to die, but the Federal and state courts are where DeSantis goes to die...

@kataklysm @juddlegum They are ripe for legal challenge, starting with the fact that FCA, M4L and DeSantis have no expertise in the field, and a simple voir dire would make them look like John Durham at a House hearing...

@kataklysm @juddlegum Also, knowing what the FCA and M4L cherish, their nostrums can be challenged as violating the very laws they're trying to uphold. Maybe even using their own standards...

@toxtethogrady @juddlegum 😂😂😂 and yes they are. I cheer every time I see one being challenged. Then I do a happy dance when they get struck down.

I just hate how much damage is done in the interim.
