cs.rin.ru is generally a good start and has the game. If there are password prompts on sites or archives it's pretty much always: cs.rin.ru

ah perfect, found it. thank you so much. I initially skipped cs.rin.ru since the main site is in russian. but I managed to figure it out and it seems their forum is in english (at least partially)? I'll have to start checking there from now on :)
