A long time ago, a coworker complained that I didn’t associate my social media presence with my employer more.

Later on they left the company after being passed over for promotion. At their next employer they were hit during the layoffs despite being a textbook employee on social media.

@carnage4life a short while back my employer started a social media program which with an internal website. We had to participate. The website wanted social media accounts and passwords to at least two of our accounts so they could push posts out. I created separate accounts just to comply.
