Got read ended on Monday. Need new bumper, part of the trunk damaged, left rear body work and lights need fixing. Also have the hybrid battery over the rear axle I believe.

Car cannot be fixed as the body shop cannot take it till July 12th but State Farm authorized and set up a rental and extended it past the 25 days I can have a rental.

So today I go to pick to pick up the rental and the enterprise branch doesn’t have the vehicle. When I told them I called to confirm it, & they said to show up with CC and DL at 11.30am they said “no didn’t call and in any case if you called the reservation line and even if they said everything is good to go you still need to call us.

Now bear in mind I went through this and rental was authorized by State Farm.

I got home called State Farm and they tried to worm their way out of the rental by saying the supervisor won’t authorize it. I’m like you already authorized the rental and it wasn’t until I asked to speak to a supervisor that amazingly the rental was put through without having to speak to the supervisor.
