1/ An emergency security plan is reported to have been activated in Moscow in response to Yevgeny Prigozhin's 'rebellion', according to a Telegram channel with apparent links to the Russian security forces. The Russian authorities appear to be anticipating an imminent attack on Moscow. ⬇️
2/ According to the VChK-OGPU channel, a source has told it that the "Krepost" (Fortress) plan has been activated in the Russian capital. This has subsequently been confirmed by BBC News Russian. Krepost is a rarely-used security plan that is intended to repel an attack on security force installations in Moscow.
3/ According to the Russian news agency RIAMO, it "implies an emergency gathering of law enforcement personnel and taking control of especially important objects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Security Service or the Federal Penitentiary Service. The plan also provides for blockading the buildings of law enforcement agencies and readiness by the forces on duty to repel an external attack."
4/ "Important Stories" reports that a source close to the Russian presidential administration says there is "panic ... they do not exclude the scenario of the start of a civil war". The administration is said to have had information a week ago that Prigozhin was planning something. It believes that the video purporting to show the aftermath of a missile strike on a Wagner camp was staged, presumably to serve as a pretext for action.
