Which prepaid carrier/s offers the best 2fa and protection from unauthorized changes - Lemmy.world

I’m currently on mint mobile and they offer 2fa via totp though they’re really vague on how they handle 2fa on their end. I do know that whatever system they have works based off of the post on their subreddit with people locking themselves out when they lose their phones. However, if you know a carrier that has a more or equally as secure 2fa system setup via an authenticator app, I’d love to know. I’m not considering dropping mint atm but I just like to know what are my other options. Thank you in advance
