Connie 🐭🏳️⚧️one of my problems with a lot of instances i find hosting akkoma is either the overall feeling i get from their local bubble is awful or they federate with some awful instances. if you remove an instance from your local network for bigotry or being unmoderated remove them entirely why even fucking keep them? just ugh this annoys me to no end
this is one of my big problems with fedi is having to deal with instances that either over-moderate or barely moderate at all. self-hosting ain't exactly a solution for myself
