Steve Popovich@rbreich you are so right! Simple disclosure does no good, since in practice SCOTUS justices are immune to any blowback with their lifetime appointments. Taking "gifts" aka bribes as a SCOTUS justice should be cause for removal from the Court...and should NOT need to go through the inherently partisan impeachment process to take effect.
