If you had the opportunity to address judges in a 15-minute video to talk about business and human rights in a country with only 4 rulings naming UNGPs, how would you do it? 🤓
Nadia Bernaz@dencufre 1) what's the UNGPs 2) how they were used in those cases (especially if used in a useful way!) 3) why they're important and should be used more. Since non binding, judges who are very practical people may not understand why they should care.
