WaypalmBattleBit has become my current obsession. Feels just like playing Battlefield 3 back in the day once you get past the Roblox-esque graphics.
Honestly when I'm not playing it I'm thinking about playing it.
I'm thinking about getting it. Looks terrible visually but everyone says it's a fucking blast. I care more about fun and mechanics than visuals so it seems like I would probably enjoy it.
Betty White In HDIt's a blast, but I wouldn't go as far as saying it feels just like BF3 felt back in the day. I remember the feeling of playing the alpha/beta on the big map with the wind turbine on a new PC that I just built and just marveling at how good everything looked, felt and sounded and being so goddamn hyped. And then the game came out and after the servers were doused with water and fixed again, it didn't disappoint.
BattleBit is great and a ton of fun and insanely impressive considering it's being developed by 4 people, but it's missing something I haven't been able to put my finger on it. Maybe it is just the graphics, but I feel like it's more.
It's definitely good though, I say buy it, play a few rounds and if you don't like it, refund it. I will say the 127v127 mode can be a bit too much sometimes and the 64v64 is currently my favorite one.
