What does your team look like? big/small, seniory/juniory, techy/managementy?
@iokiwi my mgr is in all the stand-ups team and we're talking about what's in-progress all the time. The main individual catch-up meeting is less frequent and a bit perfunctory.
@pearofdoom yeah my new manager is in all of our standups which means we get to skip a lot of status/blockers chat and focus on more personal stuff such as career development, shooting the shit or just keeping it short and sweet.
