@BruceMirken What kills me is how so many non-MAGA types are so afraid of losing their followers that they still actively participate in Twitter, and nowhere else.

If Musk bought their favorite newspaper or magazine and turned it into a platform for MAGA and conspiracy theorist harassment, they would cancel their subscriptions w/o hesitation.

@yacc143 @CarlG314 Too many people are putting their heads in the sand, looking just at follower counts. I have way fewer followers here than I did on #Twitter, but at least 3x the engagement.

@BruceMirken @yacc143 And yet I see other people with hundreds or even thousands of followers make a decent post, with no meaningful engagement at all (something I too am guilty of when I'm busy).

So I can see how the Twitter may be appealing, even if it means holding your nose while participating over there. And risking MAGA types threatening your home.

I was never an active Twitter participant, but still lurk there to catch up on legal news from a few of my favorite posters who are not on Maso.

@CarlG314 @yacc143 I haven't closed my account there and take a peek occasionally, for much the same reasons. But I've stopped tweeting. I may keep an eye on Twitter for a while, but not gonna make content for Nazis.
