SomēA bit of scouring and I found two places on the internet where you can host your docker container for free
1) Render
2) Azure (always free tier, but requires credit/debit card to start)
I think you can also do it on Oracle's always free tier, but you have to provision a VM yourself and do all that sysadmin stuff
