doctor's appointment this morning because my primary care is monthly at this point.

going to discuss my pain meds and overall meds compliance, shifting my goal from 5-6 where it's been to maybe seeing about going to pain management to achieve 2-3.

going to ask about seeing addiction medicine as well, which is a self-referral anyway, because sobriety is fucking tough and adding medication beyond current makes it tougher.

going to reiterate current plans regarding 4th of July and mental health inpatient via ER walk-in.

got a VRI for the appointment.

pain meds refilled, going to try taking it scheduled instead of PRN and see if that gets the pain more under control, and then follow up with pain management.

currently waiting to see the social worker.

talked to the social worker for about an hour. basically the thing is going to be getting on to Medi-Cal, which will provide eligibility for IHSS et cetera.

that gets into the circular difficulties, and other complications, but it's on term agenda. in the interim, meds are ready at the pharmacy and I'm home for a bit before I go back out for the evening.
