@frankejames that's a fair ruling. The tribes have been getting fucked up the ass for centuries! I'm not even a tribe member but I have friends who are and honestly, I'm surprised they don't completely hate the US after what we did to them. Same shit we pulled with Hawaii except that with Hawaii, we ruined a whole kingdom. I don't like the dole fruit company for that reason. Because of them, the status of an entire nation was destroyed forever. It's only now that Hawaiians are learning their native language because America, the land of the free, banned them from speaking it, leading to its eventual death though they managed to save it.

@frankejames Fast melt from late winter and early spring snow increased flow on a segment of the Bad River known as "the meander". Th pipeline is nearly exposed at this point.

Now, a US District Judge in Madison, Wisconsin rules in favor of the Bad River Band for #Enbridge trespassing Tribal Land.
