@TwShiloh I randomly realized today that we don't have a national holiday to commemorate the end of the Civil War. Wikipedia tells me Memorial Day was originally that, but changed over time to honor all vets.
I wonder how many other nation-states that have had civil wars commemorate the day that traitors lost.

@Sjacks26 I was just talking about how we don’t celebrate the end of WW1 either (bye Armistice Day…hello Veterans Day, which feels too generic for me).
