The actual writing of code is one of the most infrequent and relatively simpler aspects of my job. The most difficult and time consuming task is trying to understand the poorly written legacy code and having the alleged Subject Matter Experts answer domain questions. I don't see how an LLM AI could be able to do this. In fact, nothing short of waterboarding certain people will help with this.

it's funny but --

1. people can learn how to accurately describe what they want and will once they're given the tools.

2. i bet travel agents said the same thing. same with real estate. we now use kayak and zillow.

@jeffjarvis I'm working as a produce clerk. Replacing me with AI starts the robot revolution. Machines won't put up with this shit. 😛
