Conundrum of developing world tech infrastructure: outdated software/firmware made by an obscure company that's already closed, customer service that's clueless of what they are doing, etc...

But, hey, at least the service is cheap — $3 for ~28mbps, ain't bad at all. A service of this grade costs at least 15-20 times in the US.
