What is the easiest way to subscribe to a community from another instance like the ones you've posted?

Well, I just realized all of the links I posted were specific to my instance. I'm not the expert, but I would probably go to my instance in a browser, click the hamburger menu -> Communities, make sure "All" is selected, and then search for it.

I see people posting links in a few different formats, so I should probably learn those😬.
