If the US were a developed Asian country or a Northern European country - then Biden in a second term would be much more palatable - b/c those societies care much more about substance. Biden was articulate, charismatic and in essence a different person versus who he is now, even as late as 2015 potus run against HRC. What changed in 4 years?
