@QasimRashid Ohio should be counted among the "at least 21 states" that are opposed to universal school lunch. The talking point is that there are already programs to offer free lunch to families who can't afford it. The counterpoint is that the paperwork doesn't always get filled out and there are a lot of families that are just above the free lunch threshold.
