Biden was articulate, charismatic and in essence a different person versus who he is now, even as late as 2015 potus run against HRC. What changed in 4 years? It's not b/c he got older, it's because his mind was deeply affected detrimentally by the death of his son beau. I am absolutely certain it impaired his mental acuity.
