Bear the Dad@worfamerryman @ValueSubtracted Yeah, they're descendants of the Augment Klingons, but evidently there was an effective treatment that restored them to regular Klingon appearance by the 2270s.

@worfamerryman As far as I can recall they're never shown to be significantly different from a human, so that's probably the case.
