@devinprater @Fragglemuppet I have ADHD and for the longest time had trouble with keeping track of my tasks. What helped me out the most is keeping a running list on a notepad. NOT digitally, but physically writing things down. Write ALL of the details down early and often.

I don't know why it works psychologically, but I stare at enough screens throughout the day, I like my neat handwriting, and I think it's difficult to keep track of things digitally. Plus, I get to cross things off and it scratches the reward center of my brain rather than deleting and forgetting about it forever.

It allows me to "set it and forget it" and then I can pick back up later on and know exactly where I'm at.

Finally, it may be worth it to get a psych eval but please, before patching yourself up with pharmaceuticals, consider what you are doing for your mental and physical health. Get some exercise and eat right. Take a walk, swim, bike, or sport. Meditate. Cook healthy stuff for yourself. Minimize vices...

I know it all seems obvious but taking care of yourself does wonders :)
