Oscar was acquired from the #EdmontonEskimos in exchange for future considerations prior to the Texans 1995 season opener. He was a member of the Eskimos' reserve list for the final 4 games of the 1994 season. After implosion of #CFL American expansion, played for #TorontoArgonauts in 1996-7.
