@skydog @w7voa yes, and they have tried a few times to get it through and there was always someone from Florida to block it.

k8gsn. I sort of fall in the middle. I couldn't open the bill itself, is it for unrestricted access, or with some limits, like towers, 80m beams & such?

HOAs are prideful creatures, to the extent of petty fascisms, corruptions, and clique rivalries. I've been in several, been chair in one, and will never be in another. One of their main raisons d'etre is to take a snapshot in time, and freeze the inhabitants within it. But don't get me started...
