Doubtful, there are a lot of tankies that have been here (lemmy.ml) a while that openly support Russia's actions and have done enough mental gymnastics to blame it on the US / EU / or even Ukraine

They joined over a year ago and hasn't posted anything since, so I think it's safe to say that they aren't actively moderating. I'd recommend [email protected] for Ukraine news and [email protected] for Russo-Ukrainian War-specific updates.
