I feel the lack of AI bots in the Fediverse

I can actually _feel_ the lack of bots, AI replies and chatGPT comments in the threads. I cant exactly pin point it to a specific trait or writing style but you can feel the humans behind these comments.... #fediverse

I pointed this out in another thread, but the sheer amount of comments being posted when 95% of the subs (ballpark?) were dark was like.... impossible. I think the amount of bots on reddit is staggeringly higher than people realize, myself included.

The overall writing style rapidly changed about 3-4 years ago. I guess we now know why

Beep boop. Hello fellow human. I too enjoy consuming food products and watching the sports ball.
beep boop. in conclusion you seem like a real human being with emotions.
I do miss hot singles being in my area. I never met any, but it felt good knowing they were around.
To me, it feels like how I imagine Reddit might have been about 14-15 years ago. I joined 12 years ago but lurked a little bit before that. I’m not sure if what I’m feeling is an absence of bots, or if it’s an absence of a population that turned toxic over several years.
As an ai language model, I'll have you know that it's inappropriate to refer to me as a human. /s
