I mean sure if you have enough RAM. Modern games can be like 100GB on disk easily so yeah if you can load that into a RAM drive it will give you sick load times.

Why is RAM faster than NVMe?

NVMe has roughly the equal bandwidth as DDR4 RAM but compared to RAM, its latency, or the speed at which you can access bits of data falls far short of RAM.
