It’s good to assume someone disagreeing with you isn’t malicious but even better is trying to understand what assumptions they’ve made or context they have that led to disagreement.

@carnage4life Yeah good faith disagreements are rarely about facts, but differences in how to weigh them and priorities. When disagreements get bogged down it's often because those priorities are implicit and the path to resolution is in making them clear.
