Serious question here: How would I know if my instance was being blocked from federation?

@intrabyte Thanks! I was going through my Sidekiq processes which handle things like federation and noticed a plethora of errors for democracy.town. Now I realize that server could just be down for whatever reason but it made me think for a minute.
