Just a musician wanting to use new tools to make music he hasn't been able to make thus far.

@mantaboo I can't remember if it was this specific song or not, but Paul did a song with reconstructed vocals from John on his tour last summer. I remember being surprised by how good it sounded then!

@mantaboo no idea, I heard it live at the show.

One important thing for folks to remember here is that it likely isn't AI making up words and sounds to imitate John, it's using AI to more effectively isolate his voice from a recording.

@hydrospanner Yeah, I gathered that from reading the article. I'm sure Paul wouldn't release something if it didn't conform to his standards for quality. That must have been an awesome experience to see him in concert and experience that. I'm jealous.
