Well it's not a W is it. It's 4 pronged and green. An aliens hand? A contaminated pitchfork? I'm sure something better can be found eventually.
It's a lowercase l followed by a lowercase w as far as I can tell.
TVPaulDIt is, but when it get gets scaled down the negative space between the L and the W becomes harder to discern and is eventually all but lost. In the small version that appears most frequently, the gap is basically nonexistent.
