"The Vision Pro’s biggest advantage isn’t Apple’s hardware - Apple’s developers already have the tools they need to create apps for the system".

That's a very different take from mine.. I just wonder why I would be putting on my Vision Pro to scroll through my Mastodon feed. If iOS has taught us anything it's that convenience is king.

The Vision Pro’s biggest advantage isn’t Apple’s hardware

The success of the Vision Pro will depend on its apps and developers. Apple is already promising thousands of iPhone and iPad apps on the system and making it easy for existing developers to create new ones.

Big displays are also king?

I’m already chewing on whether I should buy the new tv I’ve been eyeing, or just get a VP…

Relatedly, it feels (maybe?) kinda dumb to buy a multi-thousand dollar #studiodisplay or #xdrdisplay when for the ~same money you can get a VP that fills your entire field of view?

I don’t know. I’m not resolved on any of this yet…
