It's weird that they seem to be arrested for the purpose of questioning, as they're released without charges. Wouldn't it be better to just call them in for questioning, maybe name them a person of interest, rather than imposing the stigma of arrest? Is this standard in the Scottish justice system? #NicolaSturgeon

Albert CardonaThe charges so far look more like lawfare than any actual corruption. Very much like in the 2017 independence movement of Catalonia, where thereafter the Spanish police spent about 20 times more money harassing, prosecuting and imprisoning people than the original claim.
