I had my PCP test my estradiol levels early just for fun and lmao it's up to 815.7 pg/mL. And that's at a trough, I normally inject tomorrow. My last test like 4 weeks ago, when I was on sublingual, was 172. I had a feeling my HRT doc went way too hard when she increased my dosage while also converting that to injections, 815.7 seems pretty high to me.
The dosage she prescribed is 0.5 mL of 40mg/mL estradiol valerate intramuscular weekly. Once I got home and put that prescription into the transfem science calculator I was like holy shit she's going to drive my E off the charts.
Holy shit the transfem science injection simulator was dead on accurate too. The blood test I did this morning was the morning of my 26th day since starting injections. Shout out to the makers of transfemscience.org
