There are those who struggle with their own problems, but spare no effort to help others in need. This is noble, but may mask an inner wound, an inability to do for themselves what they do for others. It is no weakness to seek help, even if you see yourself as one who gives it.

That is the one I struggle the most with. I asked but been denied so often that I've stopped asking. But I make myself available so I'm not the one who says no.
@coachgowron sometimes what looks like no effort is a lack of ability or resources.
