I want to like @ivory but somehow @dimillian #IceCubesApp is quite good, and free, and open sauce. For a free client it has no business being this good, and yet it is. Hope the native MacApp comes soon. https://github.com/Dimillian/IceCubesApp/issues/320
Feature request: Intel support · Issue #320 · Dimillian/IceCubesApp

Hey! So, I know that this might not be a priority at all, but a lot of people still use Intel Macs (and many will still use them for the next 2-3 years). I would like to ask if it's possible to sup...

@tom @ivory @dimillian We are truly spoiled for choice when it comes to excellent Mastodon apps on iOS! I try to use them all. I reckon it’s better in that regard than Twitter was even during its golden age.
@tom @ivory @dimillian this is a positive problem in a way 🤔
@tom @ivory @dimillian That doesn’t mean we can’t send him tips though (available in Ice Cubes settings screen) 😃 They’re not subscriptions either.

@tom @ivory @dimillian

I tend to switch between the two.

I’m fully on board with open source clients but Ivory is so so polished.

@tom @ivory @dimillian #IceCubesApp really gets the basics right. I can scroll from old to new and read toots in chronological order, I can share from other apps and the theming is great
@PhilipKing @ivory @dimillian I’ve found one problem with @IceCubesApp, and it’s that Ivory knows how to grab mastodon deep links from Safari and open then correctly in the app. Not a big enough deal that I’d subscribe (sorry, not enough discretionary funds atm), but it is very nice to have when it works. Can’t figure out if there’s an Issue already created for this or not.
