I'm a little mystified as to why the #DOD #MWR libraries are featuring a book by Chelsea Manning in their Pride Month collection, considering she betrayed her oath to the Constitution as a #USArmy Soldier and was convicted of violating the Espionage Act, stealing government property, violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and multiple counts of disobeying orders, resulting in a 35-year prison sentence commuted to 7 years by Obama. She is no one to celebrate. She's an embarrassment.
Once again, if a person has been granted access to classified national security information and they give it to someone who is not authorized to have it, they are not, by definition in the law, a "whistleblower." They are a criminal. There is only one way that a USG employee is a whistleblower, and that ain't it.
