Was just looking at going to the Vegas GP, its only a 16hour drive for me. 2200$ standing tickets for Saturday wow just wow. That’s not travel, lodging, or food costs. I checked for Sakura GP, we could fly to Tokyo, Hotel, and GP tickets. Plus stay for a week with $2k travel costs. Not including food and other fun expenses. I’ll take my foreign vacation with a dash of F1 please. Also maybe they have a Yukon grandstand. Go Yuki!

Or Canada, which is what I'm doing lol. ~$450 for a grandstand seat at the hairpin all weekend. But I think Zandvoort might be in the cards next year, I've heard that's a pretty reasonable race to attend as well.

Zandvoort has the benefit of being in a small, densely populated country with decent public transport. So you can stay at a hotel in some less touristy or obvious city and still get to the track in maybe 2 hours and see some Dutch landscapes from the train (it's a bit boring to me, but it's always nice to see another country). You can then visit a city like Amsterdam (for museums and the tourist traps), Dordrecht or Leiden (both more authentic and beautiful cities. Also less tourists, so I should tell you this and change that) in the days after the GP when the hotel prices there are back to normal.
