Trump should be DENIED bail on Tuesday at his arraignment. He is not only a flight risk but as long as he is free he is a threat to our nation.

It's already "Oh, you come in when you want to and we'll sit around and wait for you... whatever is most convenient for you... " like it was in NY.

If ANYONE, ANYONE had been found to have 100s of classified, Top Secret, Above Top Secret & compartmentalized secret documents in their possession they would have been instantly arrested and charged.

I understand they needed get things lined up for charging a former president but I expect the special treatment to continue

@kbsez @DeanObeidallah I agree. And it would have been incredibly satisfying to see Federal marshals breaking down his door, but then there would have potentially bee a shootout between the marshals and the Secret Service.

Speaking of which, his Service detail should be replaced with Marshals. Why? The marshals will be accountable to *us*, not hand-picked by Trump.
