@crystalmoon Familiar - so many companies get confused if you don't specialize in a single area; video codecs and embedded really throws them for a loop. ^_^;

Hacker News' "Who is hiring?" monthly threads are about the best place to look, being recruiter-free, and usually posted by someone on the team, if not the hiring manager.
