Pat Robertson was directly responsible for popularizing the deeply hateful, anti-compassionate, gleefully vindictive brand of evangelism calling itself "Christianity" that has marred politics and families throughout the latter half of the 20th century, and the 1st half of the 21st.

I just wish he had repudiated his beliefs and atoned for his actions before he died, live on air.
